Step 1 — Assignment Received We receive the loan package from the lender, title company, or signing service either electronically or by physical delivery.

Step 3 — Borrower Appointment We arrive at the borrower's location on time, introduce ourselves, and guide them through the signing package clearly and calmly without rushing, and without providing legal advice.
Step 4 — Quality Check Before leaving, we triple-check every signature, initial, and date to ensure the package is complete and error-free.
Step 5 — Return & Confirmation We return the completed package to the title company, escrow officer, or lender as directed and confirm receipt.
